KEOS+ TRANSITION GUIDELINES

To switch your cat’s food to Keos+, it is recommended to mix Keos+ with its current food, then gradually increase the quantity of Keos+ during the course of 7 days.

For kittens at the time of weaning, you can moisten the kibbles with the following ratio: 1 portion of water to 5 or 6 portions of Keos+ kibbles.

Notably, you can feed pregnant or nursing queens with Keos+ Kitten Growth Boost with Chicken and Rice.
