KEOS TRANSITION GUIDELINES
To switch your dog’s food to Keos, it is recommended to mix Keos with its current food, then gradually increase the quantity of Keos during the course of 7 days.
For puppies at the time of weaning, you can moisten the kibbles with the following ratio: 1 portion of water to 5 or 6 portions of Keos kibbles.
Notably, you can feed pregnant or nursing mother dogs with Keos Puppy Milk, Chicken & Egg.
