Our dogs are also well adapted to see motion. This evolutionary trait is vital, being animals that hunt. Your dogs are capable of detecting darting prey far more effectively than humans. This is because:

- Wider field of view: Depending on breed and head shape, many dogs have a wider field of view than humans.
